We're Hiring - Work With Us

Hiring Now - Packing Coordinator (New Plymouth)

Craft Smoothie has quickly gained traction as a popular meal kit delivery service in New Zealand and we’re looking for a passionate Packing Coordinator with a keen eye for detail to enable us to further expand our operations.

Role

As part of our small team, you'll be responsible for pre-portioning and packing our smoothie ingredients, as well as preparing our smoothie boxes for delivery. The quality of our product and the service we provide to our customers is a top priority, so taking pride in ensuring every box is packaged to a high standard will be key to your success in this role.

Your tasks can include:

  • Pre-portioning and packing produce and superfoods to set recipes
  • Labelling
  • Preparing smoothie boxes for delivery 
  • Quality control
  • And the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as we expand

This role is well suited to someone with plenty of initiative who is able to work well independently. You'll be expected to work efficiently to meet the large number of orders that Craft Smoothie receives on a weekly basis and your attention to detail will be critical.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work well independently 
  • Effective time management
  • High level of reliability and efficiency
  • Strong work ethic and ability to accomplish high volumes of work
  • Proven ability to follow processes and meet deadlines 
  • Experience within the food or production industries is advantageous but not essential
  • Must be available to start in early 2018
  • Hours of work to be confirmed
  • Love of smoothies and superfoods!
